Social Work Field Placement Opportunities
At Commonwealth Community Development Services (CCDS), we are proud to support the development of future social workers through comprehensive, hands-on field placement opportunities. What We Offer
CCDS provides high-quality, supervised field placements in the following clinical programs:
- Outpatient Therapy
- Community Stabilization Services
- Mental Health Skill-Building (MHSS)
- Mobile crisis
- Crisis Residential Services (launching soon)
Our agency offers flexible scheduling, including evening, weekend, and virtual hours, to accommodate the diverse needs of today’s students. Supervision is provided by Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) with extensive experience in field education and clinical practice.

We welcome BSW seniors, MSW generalists, and MSW specialization-track students seeking meaningful, real-world experience in clinical community settings. Field assignments are thoughtfully matched to each student’s academic level and professional interests.
